United StatesAfter experiencing difficulty with lights fitting into channels, seller informed me that channels were not the right ones. Seller apologize and will send correct channels and new lights. Happy seller stands by product.
United StatesI am disappointed with the product. I have sent emails to Stevie. The plastic channels are very stiff. I followed instructions to no avail. I try to put one set of lights into channel. My fingers were sore from trying to insert lights. I then tested and some of the LEDs did not work. I don't know what to do. It appears to me channel need to be expanded a bit. I thought this was going to be a easy job. Please reach out to me.
