Predator fish are highly sensitive to specific light frequencies. White light reflects off particles in the water, blinding the fish. The Green Blob uses a calibrated green wavelength that penetrates murky water, illuminating the food chain without spooking the apex predators.

My wife loves looking at the fish off our dock. We ordered the multi-color 15,000 Lumen light and, wow, it is really bright! It draws in the bait fish like crazy. My wife loves that she can change the color with the handheld remote. As an engineer, I was impressed with the build quality and how easy it was to install. Even at 15,000 lumens, it's only drawing 100mA. Very efficient unit. Highly recommend!
I just bought the 15000 lumen light. I've used the 7500 lights for the past 2 years and they have worked well. This light brightens up my dock so much more while dropping it deeper. I have always been satisfied with this product and would recommend for anyone that fishes from a dock. I tried a cheaper version prior to buying the green blob and it lasted about 6 months. I only bought the bigger one because it was on sale. My 7500s still work and I use them on other parts of my dock and may start trying them out on the lake in my boat. Hands down this is the best dock light.
I have enjoyed my fishing light. I am using it in my pond off the front of a dock. It did not take long for it to start attracting small bream to it. I go down and watch them swim around it at night. I think they are getting used to it as more seem to be showing up each night. I am using the DC version; I hope to run AC down to the dock later on and I will install the AC version of The Green Blob. I have seen these in use on our local lake and I assure you they attract the bait and big largemouth bass.
Our family has enjoyed our Green Blob for 2 years. We put in extreme conditions off our pier in the salt water off the Gulf of Mexico. We attract many small bait fish which attracts many larger fish. The light also is so bright that it illuminates our sea wall area and makes us all feel more comfortable walking around. I recommend this inexpensive light that has given us evenings of underwater activity comparable to a giant aquarium. Enjoy
Unbelievable light that attracts baitfish and bigger fish that eat the bait fish. Love the new improved housing for the blob unit which eliminates barnacles access to the wiring’s. My 4th blob light and needless to say my backyard fishing area is lit up and hot spot to fish. My neighbors come to my yard to fish the bay instead of going out on their boats so that must say a lot about these lights. I have Green and white blob lights as well as under dock lights that i’ll be installing in Apr.
